1: I am at least 18 years of age.

 

2: I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about meditation. I recognize that I may also choose to do physical movement, such as sitting, standing and walking meditation. I represent and warrant that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in meditation classes.

 

3: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the meditation classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

 

4: In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the meditation classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Mary Kathleen Evidential Psychic Medium LLC, the class instructor, or the owner for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops.

 

5. As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my wellbeing during the workshop, including my decisions and choices.

 

6: I know that this workshop is not psychotherapy, counseling or any medical alternative. I understand this workshop is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health and will not use it in place of any form of therapy or medical advice. I agree I am well adjusted, mentally healthy and ready for this meditation workshop. It is my responsibility to consult my health care provider prior to enrolling. Should I choose not to consult my primary health care provider, I accept full responsibility.

 

7. I understand that results of blending with spirit through this workshop cannot be 100% guaranteed as it can be a very subjective experience that is personal to me.

 

8: NON-DISCLOSURE and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: I understand that the written and audio content contained within this workshop are proprietary and I understand and agree that they may not be used for any other purposes than my own personal use without written consent from Mary Kathleen Evidential Psychic Medium LLC. I understand that the purchase of this workshop constitutes one participant in the course.

 

9. The registration fee of this workshop is final and non-refundable.

 

10. I understand that the failure to formally agree to these terms within the workshop within 7 days of gaining access to the course will result in an email reminder to do so. Continued failure to agree to these terms within 5 days of that reminder will result in me being removed from the course, which is nonrefundable.

 

11: Unless terms of the agreement are violated, the workshop is fully self-paced and includes indefinite enrollment and inclusion.
