Do I need any experience to do automatic writing?
No. You don’t need to be “gifted,” intuitive, or spiritually experienced. Automatic writing works through intention, focus, and gentle blending - skills anyone can learn. If you’re open, curious, and willing to practice, you’re in the right place.
What if I try automatic writing and nothing happens?
Automatic writing looks different for everyone. Some people experience clear responses right away, while others notice subtler impressions that strengthen with practice. This isn’t something you can fail at - growth comes from patience and allowing, not pressure.
How long does my loved one need to be in spirit before I can connect with them?
Loved ones (human or animal) can communicate immediately after passing. There is no waiting period on their end; energy doesn’t measure or experience time the way we do.
Is automatic writing safe? Will I open myself up to anything negative?
Mary’s belief system and experience do not align with the idea of “evil spirits.” This workshop teaches communication from a grounded, intentional place - not fear-based practices. If you hold beliefs centered around spiritual danger, this workshop may not be the right fit for you. A calm, open mindset supports the clearest experiences.

What if I don’t consider myself spiritual?
You don’t need a spiritual background. Your connection with your loved one existed long before this workshop, and love itself is enough to begin. Many people who come to this work are simply grieving or curious - not already “spiritual.” Either is perfectly okay. Your relationship with your higher self is a bond that can't be logistically broken either.
Meet Your Teacher
Over the years of teaching and sharing my work online, I began noticing something beautiful: people were reconnecting with their animals in spirit - right from their own homes. Whether it came from guidance I shared in a reading or an educational post I wrote, messages began pouring in from followers describing the incredible moments they’d experienced - a familiar brush of fur, a flash in their mind, or a sign that felt unmistakably like their pet.
Each story carried the same a light-bulb moment of realization for each person: relationships with our animals continue after they leave their physical bodies.
Those relationships work both ways, not just one. We can reach them, just as they can reach us. And I am out to spread that to as many people as possible
This course was born from those moments and that mission.
It’s for anyone moving through grief who longs to validate for themselves where their beloved animal companion is now, how to keep feeling that bond, and how to experience the comfort of ongoing connection.
I’m Mary Kathleen - an evidential psychic medium specializing in both human and animal mediumship, as well as Akashic Records readings. I’ve been doing this work professionally since 2019, helping people find healing, peace, and proof that both life and love continue beyond death. My background includes a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland College in Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and I left a decade-long corporate career, leading to a spiritual awakening and this calling. I reside in Wisconsin with my husband, three kids, one dog, and two cats. My journey into animal mediumship really deepened on miraculous levels when my cat, Snyper passed in 2021, and my dog, Twix passed in 2024. The experiences with them have been incredible, to say the least.
Through thousands of readings, classes, and workshops, my mission has remained the same: to provide healing, evidence, and empowerment - so you can continue your relationship with your loved one in spirit, knowing that the bond between souls never breaks.
